The Walnut Tree - Standard Book

This spacious, light filled room has a dual aspect over the gardens. If you look carefully you may see some ducks enjoying our ponds or the Heron flying in! The room is furnished in rich blues & ochre and also offers a comfortable seating area with flat screen TV & DVD player. The room has its own small library and a desk area. The en-suite offers a large shower.

The Magnolia Tree - Standard Book

This is another spacious room which offers comfortable twin-beds and a seating area with a flat screan TV and DVD player. The soft tones of pink, teal and cream are a perfect setting for relaxation. With views over the fields the only sounds you’ll possibly hear will be those of the sheep and the call of the Buzzards There is a broad selection of books from the bookshelves. This room has its own entrance hall, a bathroom with a separate shower. French doors lead out onto the shared roof terrace, where you will find a table and chairs to enjoy a cup of tea and read one of the books from our shelves.

This large ground floor room furnished in rich tones of gold, rust & green overlooks the delightful courtyard garden. This is a particularly appealing room with a beautiful large bathroom, offering both bath tub and shower. From the bathroom alcove, there are double doors leading to the beautiful gardens, a perfect place to sit and read with a cup of tea and enjoy the vistas. The Holly tree room also has its own seating area, and a good selection of books. This room offers either king or twin beds.

The Tulip Tree Suite - Standard Book

This is the largest bedroom in the house; it enjoys views over the gardens. Your private suite offers a small study area with a desk, and an interesting selection of books. The study leads into the large bedroom, elegantly decorated in rich colours and fabrics; there is a super king sized bed, and a seating area with flat screen TV & DVD player. The bathroom offers a separate shower and bath. The bedroom leads onto a shared roof terrace with table and chairs where you can relax on those sunny days with a cup of tea and one of the books from our shelves
