This is a very large spacious, sunny room (35 sq. metres) is decorated in soft shades of cream and duck egg blue, with a king-size bed which can also be converted to twin beds. There is a lovely seating area, a flat screen TV and DVD player. The room leads out to your own beautiful private garden with seating area. This room shares a shower-room with Plum Tree room, which is located right next door. The Old Apple Tree room a perfect and cost effective place to make as your base whilst exploring the beautiful South West.
All our Granby Cottages rooms offer Bed & Breakfast-on-the-run (which is a continental breakfast box). This allows the busy traveller the option of having an early breakfast in their room, or take their breakfast box with them for later. The full English breakfast served in-house is still an option, at an additional £12.00 per person, served between 8.00 am and 9.30 am

Payment Policy
Pricing & Payment:
Prices are charged in sterling and conversions are for guidance only. Prices are subject to change.
A deposit of one night's stay is required at the time of booking, then the balance of full payment is required upon check-in (except group bookings).
Individual Bookings:
For cancellation up to 48 hours before intended arrival date, no fee will be charged.
For cancellation less than 48 hours before intended arrival date, the first night will be charged.
Please note we are not VAT registered.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid misunderstandings, all cancellations are acknowledged in written from and will be confirmed via e-mail, fax or letter.
Please retain the confirmation in the event of cancellation.
