Suite 2 is the most spacious room offering a king bed, wide plank pine floors, and a large living space with extra sleeping room on a sofa bed. Guests staying in this room will also enjoy natural light from the abundance of windows offering views of the grounds, along with their own bathroom and shower with heated penny tile floor. The suite’s cozy atmosphere is rounded out by two decorative fireplaces, also original to the space.

• Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. If you would like to check-in outside of this time, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Check out time is 11:00 AM.
For the comfort of all or our guests:
• Smoking: Our entire building including the back deck is non-smoking. Please do not smoke in your room or anywhere in the building. If you are found to be smoking, you will be assessed a $300 cleaning fee. If you continue to smoke, the fee will increase to $600 per day. If your smoking disturbs other guests, you will be responsible for any compensation that we feel is appropriate to pass along to other guests. These charges will be added to the credit card you provided at the time you made your reservation.
• Pets: We do not allow pets. If you are found to have a pet in your room, you will be assessed a $300 cleaning fee, and you will need to find accommodations for your pet. If you continue to keep your pet in your room, the fee will increase to $600 per day. If your pet disturbs other guests, you will be responsible for any compensation that we feel is appropriate to pass along to other guests. These charges will be added to the credit card you provided at the time you made your reservation.
• We reserve the right to charge for any damage, removal of items from the premises, unusual cleaning and/or the disturbance of other guests. These charges will be added to the credit card you provided at the time you made your reservation.
Please note we are not open for dinner on the following holidays: Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday and Sunday), July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. We will be renting rooms and serving breakfast for all these holidays except, we will not serve breakfast or provide housekeeping service on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
Payment in full is taken and processed at the time of reservation.
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. We have five unique guest rooms all with different rates. Once you have made your reservation, we guarantee you will have that specific room, the room is removed from the market, and it is very likely we have turned other guests away who wanted the same room. Due to this fact, our cancellation policy is 7 days (except for special events) in advance of the arrival date. If you cancel after this, we will process a refund if we can re-rent the dates you have reserved. For special events such as Graduation, Family Weekend and Alumni Reunion payment is processed in full at the time of booking and non-refundable at that time unless we can re-rent the dates you have reserved. A change in dates is considered a cancellation. If you are uncomfortable with this policy, please consider travel insurance.
