Termini e condizioni

We ask you to vacate your room by 10.30am on the day of your departure, but you are welcome to leave your luggage at the hotel until you are ready to continue your journey.

We try to get the rooms ready for you to check in as early as possible but we cannot guarantee a check in before 3.00pm. However you can arrive as early as you want and we can store your luggage until the room is ready.

In the event of failing to notify us of your arrival after 10:30pm you may arrive to find the building closed and you will still be charged. Please contact us on 01380 710407 should arrangements need to be made.

"I specifically agree to any charges levied by the property in respect of damage caused during my stay and/or any additional room charges for late checkout, missing items, room keys not returned by 11am on the day of departure and/or additional nights booked. I am aware that I shall be informed by email prior to any monies being charged."

Politiche di pagamento

Payment will be made in full on the day of check in.

Condizioni di cancellazione

48 hours notice is required. A full payment of the stay will be charged after this period if cancelled after the notice period.
