Hotel Privacy Policy

Service/assistance animals are exempt from the cleaning charge. If you are travelling with an assistance animal, we request that you notify the hotel in advance of your stay so we can ensure your needs are met adequately prior to arrival.

Children under the age of 2 stay with us free of charge, there may be associated fee extras incurred, depending on room type and facilities requested.

Children aged 10 years or under are charged for at children's rates. Up to two children aged 10 or under may stay for free with an accompanied adult when staying in a room that can accommodate additional guests (i.e. extra beds in-situ) there may be an additional charge for extra beds to be placed in other room-types, or depending on meal-plans, extra charges may be incurred.

Accommodation held on trust with a credit card number as guarantee will not receive a cancellation fee providing that we receive your cancellation 14 days before arrival. After that time, you will incur a fee equal to those listed in cancellation terms above.

Guarantee Deposit Policy: This reservation MUST be guaranteed to a credit card.

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, AimeeOlleyEMEA Hotel cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions and we reserve the right to change information and descriptions of listed hotels and products and to amend manifest error in the quoted prices.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel contracts based upon incorrect information having been displayed in relation to price or service.

Our flexible cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled outside of this period will incur no fees or penalties. Some rate plans may have strict conditions that differ to this, general rate plan and the guests should be certain to read these terms in full.

Bookings cancelled between 4-13 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of the first night's stay. In the event of a cancellation or guest no-show, the charge will be applied to the payment details provided by the booker at the time of making this online reservation.

Bookings cancelled between 0-3 days prior to arrival will incur the penalty of the full amount of booking charged. In the event of a cancellation or guest no-show, the charge will be applied to the payment details provided by the booker at the time of making this online reservation.

Non-Refundable Rate Cancellation Terms:
Bookings that are made and paid in full in advance will not be eligible for a refund in the event of cancellation. Or guest no-show. Online cancellation of a reservation made on this type of rate is not possible.

The minimum age for booking or check-in is 18 years, children must be accompanied by an adult.

Payment for this online booking unless prepaid or stated otherwise in special terms are made on arrival at the hotel
We accept payment by cash or credit/debit cards only.

Check-in/ Check-out Requirements:
Guests may check-in at any time from 3 pm. on the scheduled day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11 am.

Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available, you must contact the hotel in advance of arrival or prior to departure to request this service. Please note: there may be an extra charge incurred for this facility.

This is a pet-friendly hotel, there is a cleaning fee associated with any pets that stay with you. The hotel must be notified in advance of your stay if you are planning on bringing pets.
