9 Oaks Inn is an American family owned and operated Mom and Pop Motel. The rooms have been recently updated and are typical of modern construction. All rooms are equipped with free wi-fi, air conditioning, coffee maker with coffee, microwave and small refrigerator. We take great care providing clean and comfortable rooms for our guests. We are located in the country, 6 miles south of Grayling on 3 acres, with ample parking for larger vehicles. Also, we have a fire pit with firewood provided and summer kitchen with charcoal or gas grills. When you stay with us, you can park steps from your door. For our guests who have allergies, we are not pet friendly.

This is a smoke free facility as Michigan State Law prohibits smoking in motel rooms. A $250 fee will be assessed if smoking evidence is detected. Smoking is allowed outside of rooms.
Check in time is between 3 pm and 9 pm. If you need to check in earlier or later than these times, please notify us, at 989-275-9800.
Check out time is prior to 11 am. If you need additional time, please notify us to avoid additional charges.
Quiet time is after 11 pm; please respect this. The management reserves the right to have guests removed from the premises for failure to comply. There will be no refund issued.

Room rates are based on cash transactions, a 3.7% surcharge will be added to Credit/Debit card purchases, plus state and local taxes.
Payment Policy
No charges will be assessed against your credit card until check-in. We prefer to swipe cards in your presence.
No charges will be assessed against your card if your cancellation was made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Failure to cancel your reservation in a timely manner will result in a one day charge. See Cancellation Policy.
Price may be discounted for a long-term rental/extended stay. If the tenant terminates this agreement for any reason the regular room rate per day will apply for the days occupied. Early departure requires notification to management prior to check out time of 11:00 am.
