Terms & Conditions
1 Payment : An initial deposit of £20.00/room/night is required at the time of booking to secure your room, A balance payment is required on departure and preferred payment is method is by cheque bank transfer, sterling travellers cheques or cash.
2 All taxes are included within the room rate
3 Cancelation. If in the unlikely event you are forced to cancel your stay cancellation charges will apply. We will offer you the opportunity to rebook your stay at another date or your deposit will be lost if cancellation is received more than 72 hours prior to your arrival. If cancellation is received within 72 hours then you will be required to pay 100% of the cost of the accommodation unless we are able to rebook the rooms.
4 Occupancy: Due to fire regulations, under no circumstances shall the maximum accommodation of each room be exceeded in Lullington House.
5 Travel Arrangements: Lullington House is in a secluded spot and therefore guests are recommended to provide their own transport.
6 Children: All children are welcome to Lullington House, however children are the sole responsibility of their guardians. Ultimately guardians of the children must make their own judgement about the suitability of the property for their own children.
7 Pets: In the interest of health and safety and of other clients we do not accept pets.
8 Smoking: In the interests (hygiene/safety) of other users of Lullington House a strictly non-smoking policy is maintained throughout the property.
9 Checking in and checking out: Check in is between 4:00pm & 7.00pm on your day of arrival. To enable to us to keep our rooms to a high standard of cleanliness and for the convenience of new guests arriving, it would be greatly appreciated if rooms could be vacated by 10:30am on your day of departure.
10 Liability: We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury, illness or inconvenience whether to person or property which you or any other person may suffer or sustain arising out of or in respect of the letting.
