By reading and signing the below, you agree to the following conditions;

**To note at this stage we are awaiting guidance from the government as to how best to implement a covid secure environment and once this is known there will be changes to these conditions in line with that prior to your arrival**

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Reception is open from 3pm until 9pm for check in every day, outside of that you can access the hotel through our Bar.

All vehicles are left at the owner's risk, Harding Ltd as such accepts and bears no liability or responsibility for any vehicles, and any vehicles parked here without prior reservation may be subject to removal if not removed.

Harding Ltd operates a no smoking policy with a zero tolerance stance. If you have been found to be smoking within our accommodation a £50 charge will be applied to you. Ask staff about our designated smoking areas at the front and rear of the hotel, as well as our sheltered area at the rear of the bar.

Late check outs can be agreed with reception for an extra fee. Any unauthorised late checkouts will be subject to a flat £20 surcharge.

Any excessive damage to a room, excessive anti social behaviour such as setting off the fire alarm or extinguishers will also be subject to a further charges

Our right to privacy is very important. We recognize that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner. You can help Harding Ltd maintain the accuracy of your information by notifying us of any changes to your address, title, company name, phone number or email address. Harding Ltd may update their contact information on the Members Only web site or by contacting Harding Ltd staff.
Web site visitors may opt-in to receive updates regarding press releases, events and other information. We give you the opportunity to change your election to receive/not receive information from us. Payment Policy

Non refundable rates will be charged at the point of booking.

All standard rate bookings will be subject to pre-authorisation of designated cards to secure your booking. If this is unsuccessful you may be asked for further card details before or on arrival. We reserve the right to charge cards provided if there is a breach of our terms and conditions

Cancellation Policy

We Require 24 hour notice in order to cancel your booking free of charge.
