Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner. The home reserves the right to evict any guests who do not comply with home policies and rules, including those related to noise, parties, and behavior in public areas. Guests who are evicted will not receive a refund for any remaining nights of their stay.
The home is not liable for any loss or damage to a guest's personal property unless the hotel was negligent or acted unlawfully. Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables in their rooms.
The home complies with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including obtaining guest consent for any data processing activities and protecting guest data from unauthorized access or disclosure. The home will only collect and process guest data that is necessary for the provision of home services and will not share guest data with third parties unless required by law.
A deposit of £75 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit will be refunded to you upon check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
The full balance for your reservation is due 12 days before your check-in date.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, card payment or cheque.
For bank transfers, please contact us. Please include your reservation number in the payment reference.
For card payments, we accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note that a processing fee of 2% will be applied to all card payments.
For cheque payments, please contact us. Cheques must be received and cleared in our account 12 days before your check-in date.
Please note that failure to pay the full balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

Booking and Cancellation Policy:
We require full payment for your reservation at the time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the booking will not incur a penalty fee.
Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the booking will incur a penalty fee of 50% of the total reservation cost.
No-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Changes to Reservation:
Any changes to your reservation should be made as soon as possible to avoid penalties.
Changes made more than 10 days prior to the booking will not incur a penalty fee, but may be subject to availability.
Changes made less than 10 days prior to the booking may be subject to availability and may incur a penalty fee of 25% of the total reservation cost.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation.
