A. Reservations and Deposit
Reservations may be made online, by phone, or email. A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. Please note that the credit card used to book will be charged the full amount, according to the cancellation policy below.
B. Check-In and Checkout
Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. If you are arriving later than this, please let us know so that we can make arrangements to welcome you later. Checkout is 12:00 p.m. as we have a small staff that needs time to prepare rooms for arriving guests. A late checkout/early check-in may be possible, but only with prior notification.
C. Damage to Property
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss they cause to the property. Guests may be charged for, or charged cleaning fees for, damaged, destroyed or excessively soiled towels, linens, and other items.
D. No Smoking, No Vaping, No Candles, No Incense, No Open Flames
Three Danes Inn is a smoke-free environment. Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property, including the porches and balcony. Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a $250 minimum charge plus the cost of any damaged property. This includes evidence of candles or incense.
All guest rooms accommodate single or double occupancy, with all persons aged 18 and older. No children or pets allowed. If you are a party traveling with older teens, exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis (Full property rental may be required). Contact us directly for reservations.
Please note there is a $25.00 fee for lost keys, or for those not returned at the end of the reservation.
Free street parking is available. We are not responsible for damage to vehicles, for damage to items left inside the vehicle, or for loss of property from parked vehicles.
G. Telephones and Television
We do not provide telephones in the guest rooms because so many guests travel with their own phones. Rooms do not have televisions due to the quiet nature of our inn. We do provide access to free wi-fi, but ask that you monitor the level of your electronic equipment so it does not disturb other guests.
H. Quiet Hours
Please show respect for other guests and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Those staying with us who disturb other guests will be asked to leave and will not be provided a refund.
I. Parties, Events, and Gatherings
Celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or other milestone? We are happy to arrange events while you are staying with us. We do ask, however, that friends and family who are not staying with us remain on the ground floor level and limit their visit time as to not disturb our other guests.
J. No kitchen or Refrigerator access is available.
There are no facilities for guests at the Inn for cooking or self catering.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Other forms of payment may be accepted by contacting us directly.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY.
As a small, independent operator, we ask for your understanding in respecting our cancellation, change and no-show policy. It is nearly impossible for us to re-book rooms with less than seven ( 7) days notice, for reservations of one room for two nights or less, or fourteen (14) days notice, for reservations of more than two nights and/or multiple rooms. If you wish to make changes to your reservation, you must do so within the timeframe indicated below. If a reservation is canceled after the cancellation period expires, the guest will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
Cancellation Periods and Fees:
• Standard reservations (for up to two rooms) can be canceled at any time up to seven (7) days prior to arrival.
If less than seven (7) days prior to arrival, the the full reservation total will be charged.
MULTIPLE ROOMS (3 or more) must be canceled fourteen (14) days in advance. If canceled less than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, the full reservation total will be charged.
Please note: The total amount will be charged after the cancellation period ends using the card number provided.
Changes or cancellations must be made via phone or by email, and you must receive a cancellation email from Three Danes Inn. *There are no refunds for early departure.*
