Terms & Conditions

While our hotel is dog friendly, please note that there is a £50 cash deposit required upon arrival which will be returned to you on the day of check out pending no damages incurred. We also charge a fixed rate of £12 per night per dog. This rate is not included in the Room reservation unless it has been booked via telephone with a member of staff, where you have explicitly been told that the rate includes applicable dog fees.

The hotel is strictly NO SMOKING with zero tolerance as we are a family friendly hotel.

Payment Policy

To confirm bookings, we will usually charge a deposit for Standard bookings and the full amount for Non-refundable bookings made directly with the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable rooms cannot be modified after time of booking. Standard bookings can be modified for up to 3 days prior to arrival provided that you contact us by telephone on 01492 471567. When modifying a Standard room booking, if changing the dates or room type this may incur an additional charge dependent on the room you have booked, the time of year and our room availability. This applies only to bookings made directly with the hotel.

If you have booked with a third party provider such as Booking.com, any modifications or cancellations to your booking must be done through the third party.
