Terms & Conditions

Suite Policies
• The number of people that stay overnight in each suite cannot exceed the number of beds made available in that suite. Should you require more people to stay overnight, we recommend that you book one or more additional suites to accommodate.
• Should you wish to invite guests to your suite—for lunch or dinner for example—please note, the maximum number of guests cannot exceed 8 people.
• For guests booking one of our suites for pre and/or post wedding preparation, please note that only the Whitney Suite and Chapel Suite are suitable for such events. An additional $100.00 garbage removal and cleaning fee will also be applicable. Please ensure you contact our General Manager to discuss all further details to avoid any disappointments or miscommunications.

Check-in/Check-out Policy
• Guests are free to check-in anytime after 4 PM
• Check-out time is 11 AM
• As a self-catered accommodation, we do not have staff on-premises 24 hours a day. If a staff member is not present upon your arrival, we ask that you use our self-check-in service. Once inside our main entrance, look to your immediate left and open the envelope addressed to you. It contains your suite’s unique keyless entry code, along with all the appropriate information you need to get settled in. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to use the phone in the lobby or in your suite to contact us.

Parking Policy
Complementary parking is provided on-site for all of our guests. We do ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
• Please park in your suite's assigned spot when you arrive.
• If you are bringing a second car, you may use one of our 'Visitor' parking spaces.
• If multiple members of your party are planning on bringing their own vehicle OR you are expecting a number of visitors to stop by during your stay, please contact us beforehand as we cannot guarantee that additional parking spots will be available.

Housekeeping
• We do not provide housekeeping services for stays of under a week (except for towel and garbage/recycling removal).
• Extra linens and towels can be provided by our cleaning staff at your request. Although depending on the size of your party and the length of your stay, you may also prefer to use the washer and dryer in your own suite.

Miscellaneous
• In order to ensure that all guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay here, we do have a strict noise policy. We ask that noise levels in rooms and hallways be kept to a minimum, especially after 9 PM.
• Whitney Manor is a non-smoking inn. A charge of $250 will be applied to the credit card of the registered guest should deep cleaning be required due to occupants smoking in the room.
• Whitney Manor must be made aware of an accompanying pet at the time of booking. Certain restrictions apply and there are a number of policies that need to be reviewed and agreed to before we can approve of any pet.

Payment Policy

Your credit card will be charged a 50% deposit after you complete the booking process. The remaining balance will be processed within 24 hours of your arrival date and be charged to the credit card you have provided to us. Please contact us beforehand if you plan on using a different credit card to pay your final balance.

Cancellation Policy

Your 50% deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before your arrival date. Cancelling a reservation within that 14 day period will result in the loss of your deposit payment. Conversely, All Suites Whitney Manor reserves the right to cancel your booking, in the rare event of extreme circumstances, with a minimum of 14 days notice with a full refund of your deposit.
