Policies
- Out of courtesy for other guests and to maintain our peaceful environment, our hotel is best for adults and their respectful 13+ children (To accommodate younger children, please consider our Villa).
- Hotel rates include full breakfast and daily cleaning service. Linens are changed every third day.
- Unfortunately we can not accommodate pets at the hotel. If you have a pet, please consider our Villa.
- Rates DO NOT include 13% sales tax. A 10% service charge will be added to all restaurant and bar purchases.
- Maximum of two guests per individual room and 4 guests for double bed room.
- Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00pm. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a charge.
- Management declines all responsibility for valuables left in the rooms.
Payment Policy
100% of payment must be made at the hotel
Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the first night of the booking you are entitled to a full refund. Due to the size of the hotel we cannot refund your full booking cost 7 days prior to arrival. 50% of the total room charge will be collected if not cancelled in this time frame.If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the first night of the booking you will be charged for the first night of the booking.
