Apple Inn and Suites is a hotel located about 5 minutes from the Cooperstown Dreams Park and offers amenities not commonly found at other hotels.

Each room contains a Kitchenette and all guests have access to the outdoor pool and leisure area where BBQ grills are set up for use with plenty of seating that overlooks scenic views. There is an onsite laundry facility for use by guests only.

14 rooms include 2 double beds with premium bedding, private baths, and 1 King Size room with the same amenities as other rooms.

Two entrances per room, 1 front door entrance and rear entrance to leisure/BBQ area.

All Rooms Include:
Wifi, Hair Dryer, Flat Screen TV with Cable, 3 in 1 Oven, Fridge, Sink, Dishes, Air Conditioning and Heat, BBQ Grills, Leisure area. Iron and Ironing Board available.

We supply all bed Linens, soap,Hair Dryers, Towels, and Iron boards.

Beer, Food, and Gas Just a 2 second walk away with a number of restaurants less than minute.

NO PET POLICY:

We Have a strict NO PET POLICY. There will be a $500 fine plus damages to anyone who brings a pet inside our rooms. There are no exceptions to the "NO PET POLICY".

Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public areas of the hotel and in “non-smoking” rooms (a $250.00 fine will be applied for smoking in any of our rooms.) Smoke detectors are in every room. smoking is not permitted inside or in the near vicinity of the Hotel. All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking at Apple Inn & Suites.

General Policy Hotel

Apple Inn & Suites has a zero tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in the hotel or may remove a person who: while on the premises of the hotel acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy hotel property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; or refuses or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services. Apple Inn & Suites may limit the number of persons who may occupy a particular guest room in the hotel and will only allow registered guests to use its facilities such as the pool. A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the hotel or any furniture or furnishings within the hotel, shall be liable for damages sustained by the hotel staff, including the hotel's loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.

Check-In and Check-Out Policy

Apple Inn & Suites’s guaranteed check-in time is at 3PM (EST) and check-out time is at 11 AM (EST). Requests for early check-in & late check-out will be handled based on hotel availability at the time of check-in (an additional fee is payable for guaranteed late check-out). Exceeding check-out times without notifying the front desk in advance can result in extra charges, including, but not limited to, late check-out fees and/or an extra night's charges being applied to your bill.

Fire Safety Policy

The hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency evacuation plans in all rooms and public areas.

NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY

APPLE INN AND SUITES enforces a NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY to ensure we can protect the hotel and our guests at all times. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately.
AGE RESTRICTIONS

Guests must be 21 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.

Payment Policy

Full booking amount is charged 60 days before check in by credit or debit card to guarantee the reservation.

If credit card declines, reservation will be cancelled .

Cancellation Policy

Guest has 60 days from check in date to cancel free of charge. If Cancelled within 60 days of check in: Penalty 50% of total booking amount including taxes. Penalty is strictly enforced.
