Open May through October located in the downtown historic Montauk Village. Only a block away from main street and steps to the Atlantic Ocean. The entire property has gone through a major renovation. Aqualina offers 22 modern and comfortable guest rooms, ADA Accommodations (please contact our Front Desk at 631-668-8300 for more information), an Outdoor Saltwater heated Pool and a Patio. Aqualina also offers 3 different types of Accommodations, spacious Bathroom Showers, Jacuzzi Tubs, and more! The Inn also offers beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and some of the finest amenities. Please read carefully the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Check In: 3:00 PM
Check Out: 11:00 AM
- 25 and over Age Policy;
- Rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 Guests (contact us directly in regards to children, extra guests cannot be accommodated: 631-668-2300);
- Non Smoking Facility: if evidence of smoke is found in room I agree to pay a $250 Cleaning Fee;
- No Pets allowed in accommodations or on property, if evidence of a pet is found I agree to pay $250 Cleaning Fee and may be asked to vacate room;
- All rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 Guests (please contact us directly to accommodate children);
- Quiet time on Property Corridors or Courtyard starts at 9pm ends at 9am;
- Visitors are not allowed (inquire at our Front Desk for Visitor/s Information);
- If I or someone in my party cause damage to accommodations, business property or free amenities, I agree to be held liable and cover expenses;
- Pool Children's Hours: 11am-1pm, 4pm-6pm (Pool is open Memorial Day through Columbus Day).
DEPOSITS:
- I agree to pay the full cost of my reservation on the Day of Booking;
- Note: Credit Cards provided for reservations cannot be changed after payment has been processed;

- If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, a $50 Fee will be charged (per room);
- All reservations within 30 days to arrival date cannot be modified, cancelled or refunded;
* This Cancellation Policy only applies when booking directly with property (not valid for 3rd party travel websites).
Payment Policy
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.
Note: Credit Cards provided for reservation cannot be changed after payment has been processed.
