Located in an ancient nunery and student halls, A Room in the City is just in the perfect spot, 2 minute walk to La Concha beach and its wornderful bay views, 10 minute seaside walk to the Old Town and accross the street to the main shopping area, the city centre, El Centro.
Enjoy the common areas we have for you to relax, meet other travelers and enjoy a freshly made pasta in our guest kitchen. We have a cinema and exhibition hall, board games and puzzles, a nice dining room and cooking area (equipped with fridge, microwaves, microwave cooking devices, kettle, cutlery and evertything you need to prepare a simple lunch or dineer).

*Anybody arriving earlier than 14.00h or leaving San Sebastian after 11.00h is very welcome to keep their luggage at hour luggage storage area, as well as to use the common areas while waiting for check in.
-Misbehavour in our premises will be charged with a fine of at least 200€, depending on the damages caused.
-Smoking is not allowed throughout the premises
-If you travel with children, please inform us.
-If you are travelling in group (more then 10 people) please inform us, there are special deals for groups.
