Terms & Conditions

-A CAD $200 damage deposit is required on arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.
-Check in time after 3:00 p.m. / Check out time by 11:00 a.m. If you wish Early Check In/Late Check Outs is $10/hr. Upon approval of availability.
-Price of rooms are based on 2 people occupancy, for any extra (or undeclared) person is $10/per person/per night.. Children under 12 years old stay free.
-Pet Charge of $15 per stay.
-Smoking in a non-smoking room is a $250+ taxes.
-No refunds will be provided for inclement weather or early departures.
-Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 11:00pm to preserve a relaxing environment for other guests.
-A $20 lost key charge will be assessed to the credit card on file if room key isn’t returned at check-out.
-If you are staying in a room with kitchen or kitchenette, please wash all pots and pans prior to check-out, use the exhaust fan while cooking, and remove food from the fridge. In other words leave it the way you found it. Guests will be charged $30.00 labor fees to return Kitchen to its original state.
-The person registering is responsible for Room Damage/Missing Items/Excessive Cleaning: If rooms are damaged or left extremely dirty during a stay, guests will be charged the amount it costs to replace damaged item + 50/hr. labor fees to return room to its original state. This includes missing/damaged remotes, bedding, towels, windows, TVs, window screens, appliances, fixtures, furniture, doors, lights, mirrors, etc.
We are a small family-run business and have created a space to be enjoyed and respected. As we will do our best to serve you please return the courtesy.

Payment Policy

-Non-Refundable rates will be charge the day of the booking.
-For Cash Payment a valid Credit Card is required.
-Group reservations must make a deposit of first night 15 days before arrival.
-The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival or NO SHOW.

Cancellation Policy

-The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before (72 hours before 3 pm prior to the arrival date)
-The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
-Full amount for 1 night will be charged on NO SHOW.
-No refunds will be provided for inclement weather or early departures.
-Group Cancellations and date change request must be made by phone 15 days prior to the arrival date or first night stay will be billed to the credit card.
