Ash Hill is a large, comfortable Georgian estate, boasting many fine stucco ceilings and cournices throughout the house. For guests wishing to stay at Ash Hill, we have three beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, all of which can accommodate one or more cots. Ash Hill is ideal for family vacations as it can comfortably sleep 10 guests. Ash Hill provides a wonderful environment for children with wide open spaces and lots of animals such as sheep, cattle, horses, ponies, hens and dogs. For guests on vacation who wish to see the sights of Ireland, we are in easy driving distance of Blarney Castle, Bunratty Castle, the Burren, the Rock of Cashel, Lough Gur and the Kerry cost. Centrally located, many well known stops are easily accessed from Ash Hill. There are numorous Golf courses within easy reach including; Ballybunion, Lahinch, Killarney and Adare. Whatever your plans, Ash Hill is the perfect place to end the day by relaxing before an open fire in our Drawing room. Experience old-world splendour of a time long gone, as you relax in our spacious and beautifully appointed rooms. The grounds of Ash Hill make an ideal setting for an intimate, summer wedding. In addition to the drawing room, our lawn will accommodate marquis of all sizes. A list of approved caterers and wedding service providers is available for you to chose from. Our dining room is also available for small conferences and makes an ideal setting for business retreats. Open to the public from April 1st through October 15th. Historical tours with afternoon tea are easily arranged and make for an enjoyable afternoon. We also host small workshops of all kinds, upon request.
