Family-owned and operated, every guest will experience our warm hospitality and enjoy modern conveniences in peaceful and bucolic setting.
Accommodation Details
Terms & Conditions
• Check-in is 3pm. Guests will be given a door lock code in a Welcome Email sent the week of their reservation, allowing for self-check-in any time after 3pm. Check out time is 11:00 AM.
For the comfort of all or our guests:
• Smoking is not permitted in any or our lodging spaces. You may smoke outdoors. Please properly dispose of butts.
• Pets: We do not allow pets.
• We reserve the right to charge for any damage, removal of items from the premises, unusual cleaning and/or the disturbance of other guests. These charges will be added to the credit card you provided at the time you made your reservation.
Payment Policy
Standard Reservations require a 25% deposit to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Colgate Family, Graduation and Reunion Weekend stays require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled within 7 days of arrival date will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. Payments for cancellations made less than 7 day are non-refundable.
