Check-in-time: 3pm and Check-out latest by 11am
Guest must show a valid photo ID (Passport/Drivers license) and the credit card used to make the booking at the time of check-in. There will be no exceptions. Check-in without these two documents will be denied.
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed as we have limited parking). Please contact us to book parking.
Linens and towels are provided inside the suite at check-in and beds are prepared according to your needs. We do not service the apartments daily, but cleaning service after you check out is included in the price. (for your convenience, various cleaning tools are available inside every suite).
Additional cleaning is available for $100 for a full cleaning of the suite including fresh towels and linens. All cleaning reservations must be confirmed with full payment in advance. We highly recommend that you reserve the cleaning service 48 hours in advance.
We are a non-smoking property for reasons of health, safety and comfort for all of our guests. Guests who violate the policy and smoke in the apartment are subject to a minimum $300.00 charge for returning the room to smoke-free status and agree to being charged by accepting this policy.
We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.
Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of $50 and may take up to 30 days to receive. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.
In case the credit card is declined, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation at any time.

Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel within the 14 days before arrival.
