✩ Hotel Policies ✩

✤ Check in 3:00pm - 8:00pm. Please contact our office to make other time arrangements if needed.
✤ Check in requires a photo ID and credit card.
✤ Check out is at 10:00am.
✤ Rates are based on double occupancy.
✤ All rooms are non-smoking.
✤ Rates vary according to dates selected and are subject to change.
✤ Rates do not include 5.7% state tax and 4% local tax.
✤ Pets allowed in selected rooms on property (when available) and subject to a $20 pet fee per dog per stay.
✤ ALL DOGS MUST BE WITH A LEASH AT ALL TIMES, WHILE ON THE PROPERTY FOR SAFETY REASONS.
✤ Minimum check-in age is 21
✤ Cribs (infant beds) not available.
✤ Smoking is strictly prohibited and a $200 fee will be imposed for smoking in rooms.
✤ Mandatory cleaning fee for the rooms

Coyote Bluff Estate ("Estate") is not responsible for valuables left in your room. Smoking is prohibited in all public areas of the Estate, including rooms with a balcony (a $300 fine will be applied for smoking in a nonsmoking room.) Smoking is allowed outside only in designated smoking areas.

You authorize us to place a hold against your credit or debit card to guarantee any and all charges and, in the event that you do not settle your account upon your departure, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card or apply funds you have on deposit with us against what you owe.

Regardless of billing or master account arrangements, you are liable for any and all charges posted to your room(s). You are further liable for all damages to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay.

Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or applicable law to the contrary, you also agree that the Estate (including without limitation the owners of the Estate and all employees, agents, contractors, or affiliates of the Estate, all of which are referred to collectively as the "Estate") will not be liable for loss of use, property damage, personal injury, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, unless the loss is caused by the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the Estate. In no case shall the Estate be responsible for any loss or damage that has been subject to neglect, accident, fire, flood, lightning, weather, vandalism, acts of God, misuse, misapplication, or external damage. Without limiting the foregoing, to the fullest extent permitted by law you agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Estate from any loss or liability (including reasonable attorney fees) resulting from any claim, demand, suit, or cause of action attributable to bodily injury or property damage caused by an act or omission on your part or on the part of your guests/invitees unless arising from the gross negligence or willful acts of the Estate.

Payment Policy

✤ We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

✤ Aubrey's Demo Hotel requires a 50% deposit for all advance reservations - (full payment for one night reservations) . The balance is due upon arrival. For reservations reserved on line through our website, the deposit will be processed within 24 hours of your initial reservation, and a revised confirmation will be emailed to you.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are given only on cancellations made 14 days prior to the date of arrival, minus 10% service charge. Otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. Refund policy also applies to early departure or late arrival. Vacancies due to weather are considered cancellations.
