CHECK-IN

Check-in time is any time after 3pm (not guaranteed due to volume of occupancy). If you arrive earlier, the receptionist will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready.

Guest will be required to present his own valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification, especially if you have already prepaid by a credit card your reservation before your arrival.

The Accommodations Manager will make every effort to honour special requests (such as a specific floor or room number, early check -in, specific dietary requirements ) upon arrival. However the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival time than the hotel standard check-in time, please contact the hotel directly in advance. Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed however every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out is at 11am. If you require a later check-out, please contact the receptionist before 11 AM on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that it would be possible. A charge is applicable for this. Late check-out is 12pm. Check-outs after this time cannot be accommodated.

Any delay to checked-out will result an extra night being added to the final bill.

The Hotel Accommodations Manager can accommodate guest luggage complimentary at the reception after check-out time if needed.

PAYMENT METHODS

For prepaid reservations, you have to pay in advance either by a valid credit or debit card. Please note that if the payment is done with a credit card belonging to another person who won’t be present at the hotel, we will need a written authorization send by the credit card holder with a copy of his credit card and a copy of his ID. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse the access of the room to any guests who are not able to show us the credit card he used for his prepaid reservation or if we did not receive the authorization before his arrival.

For non-prepaid reservations, upon arrival, you can pay via cash or by a credit/debit card such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express etc.

SMOKING POLICIES

Smoking is prohibited in all the rooms and all public areas of the Hotel. Smoking is only allowed outside the building.

Please note that guests found to be smoking in the room will be charged for a deep cleaning fee of £100 per room per day.

WIRELLESS INTERNET ACCESS

Complimentary wireless internet service is offered to all guests in their rooms and all the hotel areas. The wireless internet is on an open network and does not require a log in or password to access.

PARKING POLICY

On the street in front of the Hotel, parking is limited to one hour. The hotel is within 2 minutes walking distance of Donard Car Park which is free to park all day. There is no gate in use so you can access your vehicle at any time day or night.

PET POLICIES

Pets are not accepted in the rooms or in the common area of the Hotel

VALUABLES

The hotel accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal items. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure their personal belongings are kept safe.

Payment Policy

Credit/Debit card details are required to confirm all bookings including those being paid in full or in part by deposit/gift voucher. details will be required at the time of booking.

Gift vouchers must be presented to Reception on arrival.

Full payment is required prior to departure, In the event that an outstanding balance is remaining after departure, this will be charged to the card details provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

A credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled by 3pm 48 hrs before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, you will be charged for the reservation.
Special Offer bookings are payable at the time of booking and non refundable.
