Please consider we have 4 different time zones in Mexico. Quintana Roo is UTC-5, bear in mind that if you are coming from surrounding states such as Yucatan and Campeche or anywhere from central Mexico, there will be +1 hour.

100% of the electricity feeding your cabin is green energy produced by our solar panels. Take good care of it, it is limited.
Any violation of these policies, damage or missing items to the room or excessive cleaning of your unit will result in extra charges.
We are in a natural environment. You are 100% responsible of your own safety. Please bear in mind that we do not have handrails so we ask you to be careful on your terrace and on your way down to the lagoon.
A valid ID is required at check-in.
Payment Policy
Payment in full secures reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Guest will receive a full refund if booking is cancelled at least 15 days before the start of the stay. If the guest cancels 6-14 days before the start of the stay, they will receive a 50% refund. If they cancel within 5 days of the start of the stay, no refund will be given. Administration fees will apply to all cancellation refunds.
Due to the small and intimate size of our hotel, cancellations affect us significantly so we must hold firmly to our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for no-shows or early departures.
Any changes to your reservation must be requested via email and will be subject to availability and may incur on extra charges
No refunds nor any credit will be issued because of bad weather, hurricanes, tropical storms, including any inconvenience or complication that could arise from the direct impact or hurricane warning area. Hurricanes are unpredictable by nature. We invite you to purchase travel insurance to protect you from these drawbacks.
