Check-In/Out:
Check-in is between 3 P.M. and 6 P.M. local time. Please contact us if you will be arriving later or require an earlier check-in. We will do our best to accommodate your request with prior notice.

Check-out is 10:30 A.M. local time.

Smoking:
We are a smoke free establishment. However, there are designated outdoor smoking areas. Please use only the proper ashtrays that are provided in those areas.

Children:
At this time, we cannot accommodate children. We are an adults only B&B.

Pets:
We have a no pet policy. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment Policy

A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold a reservation.

A deposit equivalent to one night’s stay per room is required at the time of booking . The balance is due upon arrival.

Special policies apply to reservations of 7 nights or more. Call for details before reserving. 1(782) 355-1089

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

No shows and shortened stays will be charged the full amount of a reservation.
If the cancelled reservation can be filled prior to the start date of the reservation, the credit card will not be charged.

All cancelled reservations will be charged a $10 administration fee per room cancelled.
