Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING WITH BALLYMAGARVEY VILLAGE:
We ask that you respect that you are in the exclusive private residence of Ballymagarvey Village owned by Mr Vincent Callan and care should be taken not to cause any damage to Ballymagarvey Village. In the interest of safety, guests must observe the rules and regulations in place in relation to health and safety, fire and licensing and must observe all management requests. The decision of the Manager on Duty at Ballymagarvey Village is final.

ROOM DETAILS:
Pricing includes breakfast. As we are not a hotel but an exclusive wedding venue, there are no televisions or tea and coffee making facilities within our bedrooms. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities in the Manor House if required. Guests will be liable for the full cost of any stolen or damaged property from Ballymagarvey Village (including hangers, room keys, bath robes, ornaments, books, furniture etc). The wedding couple will be liable for any unpaid fines in respect of damages, stolen property or unpaid bedrooms.

LOST/DAMAGED PROPERTY:
Ballymagarvey Village is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal property, equipment or wedding gifts left on the premises.
Any of the above mentioned remaining on the premises for longer than 48 hours after your departure date will be disposed of.

FOOD & ALCOHOL
Hazardous, illegal, dangerous items, food, drink or alcoholic beverages are not permitted. We reserve the right to remove any such item found in Ballymagarvey Village and/or ask any guest breaching this rule to leave Ballymagarvey Village.
We reserve the right to refuse to serve alcohol to any guest who is in the opinion of our staff behaving inappropriately due to overconsumption of alcohol. We reserve the right to request any guest to leave Ballymagarvey Village who is acting in an improper or disorderly way or who refuses to comply with any management request

SMOKING/VAPING:
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the bedrooms and will impose a fine of €200. In the event of any damages, you will be liable for the full cost of repairs.

RATES:
All rates are inclusive of V.A.T. at the time quoted to you. In the event of there being a change to the V.A.T. rates between the time of your booking and your arrival date, the most up-to-date V.A.T. rate will be applied to your booking at the time of your stay.

Payment Policy

Payment will be automatically processed 24 hours in advance of your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be made in writing and receipt acknowledged.
A cancellation between 21 and 14 days of your arrival date, will incur a 50% charge of the total rate for your stay.
A cancellation between within 14 days of your arrival date, will incur 100% charge of the total rate for your stay.
AMENDMENTS/CHANGES:
If you need to amend the number of guests in a room or no longer require a camp bed or sofa bed that was previously ordered you must notify us in writing no later than 48 hours prior to your arrival date. No amendments to your reservation will be accepted after this time and you will be liable for payment.
