Terms & Conditions

We are a family home and request that each guest enjoy and respect both our home and our other guests, as they would their own. The following "House Rules" will apply at all times:

1. Minimum 48 hours advance registration required. Check-in 3 pm to 11 pm and check-out by 11 am, except by prior arrangement. Baggage storing requests will be accommodated where possible.

2. Reserving/paying guest must be at least 25 years of age.

3. Maximum of 2 adults per each guest suite except by prior arrangement. Up to 2 children (age 2-16) allowed in the "Garden View Suite" only. Not suitable for infants (under 2 years).

4. No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. No loud noise 11 pm to 7 am.

5. All guests acknowledge that the guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd levels above grade and that stairs are required to these levels.

6. Parking is available (free) in designated areas only.

7. Reasonable charges for damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning may be applied to the credit card on file at the sole discretion of management ( including any such damages or cleaning caused by violation of the No Smoking and No Pets policies).

8 Valid ID of the guest named on the applicable credit card may be required on arrival at the discretion of management.

Payment Policy

Our rates are based on double occupancy and are exclusive of Taxes and Fees, which will be added at time of booking. Extra charges are applicable for extra guests. Rates include a continental breakfast. When booking through our website, payments terms are as outlined below. When booking through online travel agencies ("OTA"s) full payment may be required in advance.

1. 30% of the accommodation charges* are due when the reservation is booked.

2. Balance of accommodation charges charges are due in full 5 days prior to 3 pm on the arrival date, otherwise reservation will be considered cancelled.

3. For reservations booked less than 5 days prior to arrival date, payment is due in full at time of booking the reservation (This may occur as two separate invoices).

4. Payments for services other than accommodations will be due on receipt

5. Ballyrock Home reserves the right to require non-refundable advance payment at time of booking..

* accommodation charges include room rental plus all applicable taxes and fees for all persons on the reservation

Cancellation Policy

We are a small independent business and cancellations affect us greatly. Guests are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible when their plans change. Late cancellations are subject to the following terms:

1. For reservations cancelled five days or more prior to 3 pm on the arrival date, accommodation charges will be refunded in full.

2. For reservations cancelled less than 5 days prior to 3 pm on the arrival date, accommodation charges for any days for which less than 5 days notice is given will be non-refundable.

3. For early departures, a full refund will be given for any days for which at least five days prior notice of early departure is given.

4. No refunds will be given if guests are asked to leave due to violations of the Terms and Conditions ("House Rules") of Ballyrock Home.
