We also take a damage deposit of £500 which is a seperate payment and completely refunded once our housekeeping and management team have checked the property on departure.
If we do discover damage to the property we will assess it and let you know the full cost.
We understand that you may bring items that are of considerable value and we do have a safe within the property to use where you can create your own combination for security. However we do not take any responsibility for lost property and would suggest to lock any valuables with in the inhouse safe just as a precaution.
We require a 50% deposit payment as the time of booking with the remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. This can be paid over the phone with all major credit cards or via an online portal which we can send you.
All deposits paid are non refundable.
Once the remaining balance is paid this is also non refundable - we do advise to take out holiday insurance just for peace of mind.
*All venue hire for weddings or events are paid for in full at the time of booking.*
We do take credit card details to hold against your booking and these are secured with no public access.
Once the deposit has been paid if you do cancel as per above it is non refundable, if you cancel your whole booking less than than 3 months to your arrival date your total booking will be charged in full.
