SELF CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
For your convenience we are offering self check-in and check-out.
Check-in time is between 4:00PM – 9:00PM*
- An envelope with your surname will be left in the office mailbox. Enclosed you will find your apartment key and check-in details.
Check-out time is 10:00AM.
-Please leave your key in the office mailbox and lock the apartment door behind you.
*Late Arrival: If you are arriving after 9:00PM please contact us to make arrangements.
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS
All guests must register and pay. There is a charge for additional guests.
NO PETS & NO SMOKING
For the safety of all guests all of our rooms and our grounds are smoke-free and pet-free.
NO PARTIES
For the comfort and safety of all guests parties are prohibited. Noise that may be deemed disruptive to the sleep of other guests is not allowed after 11:00PM.
NO COOKING LOBSTER or SHELLFISH Indoors
It is the responsibility of the guest to follow our policies and leave the apartment in good condition and damage-free.
Violation of our policies, damage and improper use that requires repairs or extra cleaning will result
in the guest's card being charged to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred.
Payment Policy
Guests pay for their stay upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy
For nightly rentals reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to your arrival date for a full refund.
For weekly rentals reservations must be cancelled 3 weeks prior to your arrival date for a full refund.
For monthly rentals reservations must be cancelled 1 month prior to arrival for a full refund.
Advance notice of cancellations or alterations is appreciated.
