Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy

A credit or debit or card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Accounts must be settled in full on arrival by Debit/Credit Card or Cash. We no longer accept American Express cards or Cheques as a method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

A secured booking represents a contract between the guest and the Guest House. Bookings cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival no charge upto 48hours first nights stay less than 48 hours or In the event of people failing to arrive without notification may be responsible for the entire cost of the booking. Curtailment of Stay - No Refunds Given. Please request a cancellation reference number, required in all future correspondence. All cancellations will be confirmed by email.

Individual booking policy - Cancellation Policy 7 days.

Group bookings 2 or more rooms – Cancellation Policy 14 days.

We strongly recommend that guests take out travel / cancellation insurance.
