Bath Boating Station has three types of accommodation, 2 adults max in each. Toad Hall is a converted boathouse, it has one small double bedrooms, a dressing room & wet room downstairs. Upstairs is a comfortable sitting room, kitchen/diner & a large balcony overlooking the river. Guests can have free lifts in the morning to town in the summer on the tour boats, although it's only a 10 minute walk. The Garden Room is let on a room only basis, it is a large pretty room, with ensuite facing the river, with small fridge & microwave. There is plenty of outdoor space next to the river, you can hire a traditional wooden boat from the boating Station or go for lunch or dinner at the Bathwick Boatman Restaurant, which is also at the Boating Station.
The Apartment is a self contained flat at the back of the old Boathouse, it has outdoor seating & is very peaceful.

The apartment is part of a converted boat house within the Bath Boating Station. It has its own private entrance and patio area. Enter into the living and kitchen area, bedroom located at the rear with a small ensuite. Although the apartment doesn't have views of the river, you are welcome to use the boat house lawns during your stay with perfect views of the river Avon. The is a restaurant on site, The Bathwick Boatman, please their website for more information. The Boating Station is roughly a 15 minute flat walk into the city centre.
