Rice Lodge: Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. The use of kitchen, conference room, and living room is included in rates. Please comply with posted clean-up duties otherwise a cleaning fee of $200.00 will be required upon departure.
Payment Policy
A 20% deposit is required to secure reservation. The full amount is due at or before check-in.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is necessary, or if the number of guests changes, a full refund will be issued if we are notified in writing at least 30 days prior to reservation.
