Terms & Conditions
No Smoking is permitted inside our buildings. Smoking is allowed outdoors.
Children are welcome although no childcare is offered
Check in: 3:00 PM / Check out: 11:00 AM
Self Check In will be arranged with a note and keys placed in a holder to the left of the front door.
Late check out of 1:00 PM may be arranged for an additional fee of $25.00 plus taxes. Check out after 1:00 PM will be charged an additional nightly rate for the room.
Payment Policy
We reserve the right to charge a deposit (1/2 of stay or 1 night, whichever is greater) by credit card.
We reserve the right to charge the balance of payment within 14 day of your arrival date by credit card. No personal or business checks accepted.
Cancellation Policy
A reservation may be canceled by phone or in writing with the following service charges:
2 weeks prior to arrival date --100% of total stay
A refund may be offered to the extent we are able to sell the room(s)
Failure to arrive-- 100% of total stay
All cancellations shall be subject to a $20.00 processing fee
