We offer hotel guests breakfast 7 days per week.

The room rate is inclusive of 20% VAT. We can provide a VAT invoice on request.

To check in you must provide the card that you made the booking with alongside a matching, valid form of ID. We reserve the right to refuce access without these.

We operate a strict no smoking policy at our venue. A smoking area is located at the front and rear of the building. Any guests smoking in our bedrooms or inside the property will incur a minimum £100 charge to cover cleaning costs.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the property during your stay.

Only the guests listed on the booking are welcome into the bedroom. You are welcome to invite guests into the bar for refreshments.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional childrens beds.

Due to the nature of our Grade II Listed building our hotel rooms are not suitable for those with mobility issues or wheelchair users.

Small, well behaved dogs are welcome to stay in selected rooms, at our discretion and at an additional cost of £30 per pet. Please notify us in advance to guarantee availability.

Please be aware that we do not have any allocated parking onsite. However there are plenty of metered parking spaces in the surrounding streets. Parking in Southsea is typically free between the hours of 6pm - 8am. Outside of these hours you can control your meter using the Ringo mobile app.

In signing, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.

Payment will be taken 72 hours prior to your arrival, unless any promotional rates have been selected, where other payment options have been stated. Any cancellations made within the 72 hour cancellation window are non refundable.

The card that the booking was made with will be required alongside a valid matching form of ID at the time of check in. Failure to provide this may result in cancellation of the booking.

If you wish to cancel your reservation with us, we ask that you do so 72 hours prior to your stay. Any deposits paid at this point will be refunded within 5 working days.

If you cancel within 72 hours of your expected arrival, any payments made will not be refunded. In this instance if we are unable to sell the room you may be accountable to pay the full price of your cancelled room. We will also charge the full price of the booked room if you fail to arrive without informing us.
