Terms & Conditions

Check in time: AFTER 3:00pm .
Check out time: 10 am - cottages and luxury suites, 11 am - motel units.
Minimum Reservations (prime season):
Cottages 1 week (Sat. - Sat.) Motel and luxury suites: 2 night mid week and 3 nights weekends. Last minute space for shorter stays occasionally available. Please call. Parking: 1 bedroom cottages, motel units and luxury suites - 1 car, 2 bedroom cottages - up to 2 cars. Please refer to rate sheet when reserving a unit, so as to not exceed maximum number of guests allowed in your unit. This number includes infants and children. Provided there is space in your unit to accommodate an additional guest, there will be a charge of $10 per night. We do reserve the right to refuse any additional guests without prior knowledge. Infants and children not 100% potty trained are strictly prohibited from pool and spa (NO SWIMMIES). There is a baby pool in the same area for these children. Please bring your own pool towel or beach towels. Kitchens are the responsibility of the guest. It is expected to be left the way you find it. A minimum of $30 will be issued if guest does not comply. NO SMOKING and NO PETS in most units. Cottages are fully equipped with bed and bath linen's, otherwise self maintained (including toiletries).

These policies allow us to serve you better and to keep our cottages as clean and well kept as they should be for your arrival. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. We appreciate your choosing the Belle of Maine and we are looking forward to seeing you.

We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).

Payment Policy

Deposits: 50% of your stay is required for each weekly reservation, 50% depsit for shorter stays. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. Your deposit guarantees for you that the room you reserved will be available to you on the date indicated above, and for us that you will stay the entire period booked. We accept Visa, MC and Discover. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD WILL INCUR A 3% PROCESSING FEE. Full amount of balance is due upon arrival by credit card or cash (bank check or money order also acceptable). We will not accept personal checks at check in. If paying by cash, a $50 cash deposit is required per unit. This cash deposit will be returned to you at check out ( after unit has been checked).

STARTING FOR THE 2018 SEASON, DEPOSITS ARE DUE BY JANUARY 31ST.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit refunds (minus $100 processing fee per reserved week / per unit) require a minimum of 45 day notice FOR ANY REASON. NO REFUND thereafter. There are no refunds or credits for early departure, partial cancellation or inclimate weather. Failure to show or no call before 6pm to confirm a late arrival, will forfeit your stay with no refund.
