Terms & Conditions

Bertrand's Motel Terms and Conditions are set out for the safety and enjoyment of all guests staying. The Guest checking into the unit acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person occupying or visiting Bertrand's Motel at the invitation of or with authority of the Guest. Guests agree to pay all charges incurred by them and their visitors during their stay including any fees or charges incurred as a result of a breach of the terms and conditions below.
All bookings made in person or over the phone require a valid credit card number, expiry and CVC number to confirm the reservation. These details are held for security purposes on file and we do not charge until arrival/departure depending on the guest’s preference. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior of your arrival date will incur charges for the full first night’s accommodation. Guests that fail to arrive without any prior explanation to management will be treated as a “No Show” and as such may be liable for the full accommodation charge. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change. Final payment is required upon departure except when prior arrangements have been made with management.
Group booking cancellation policy will be advised and confirmed when the booking is made.
Check-in is from 1pm on the day of arrival and check-out is before 11am on the day of departure. For early check-in/late check-out please make prior arrangements with management.
