Standard Rate Policy: To hold your reservation, your credit card will be charged an advance payment equal to first night stay. The remaining days will be due upon arrival. If the guest arrives and decides to depart early, the nights not spent are non- refundable.

ADVANCE PURCHASE RATE PLAN POLICY Book in advance and save. Full payment required at time of booking. Credit card required at booking and will be charged prior to arrival for the full amount of stay as reserved. No refunds or credits for early departure, cancellation or no show. No modification allowed once reservation is confirmed. Guest must check in on arrival date or reservation will be cancelled and full payment forfeited. Email, address and telephone number required on all bookings. Reservations must be made 21 days or more in advance to qualify.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Rate Cancellation policy: $25 cancellation processing fee will be deducted from the first night payment when cancelling at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival. If you fail to cancel or show for your reservation, in addition to your first night deposit you will also be charged for additional night stay.
If the guest arrives and decides to depart early, the nights not spent are non- refundable. Holidays require a three night minimum. Holidays are non-cancelable or refundable
