Our property has a policy of No Smoking and No Pets. If you are found to be in violation of either of these, you will be assessed a $200 fee.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm until 5pm. We will be happy to check you in early if your room is available. Check out time is 11am.

Our lobby hours are by appointment. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be arriving after our lobby is closed. Arrangements will be made to process your check in before your arrival and your room card and entry code will be left for you.

Our property accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards please call in or email us directly if you would like to use this to pay for your stay!

Free parking is available to all our overnight guests.
Breakfast is included with your room rate, if you have additional guests joining for breakfast, they are charged at $14/ per person.

All guest rooms are located on the first and second floor. There is no elevator and no bellhop. Please pack accordingly.

No hourly rates available.

No cash accepted onsite.

Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of $15 and may take up to 30 days to receive. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning.

Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to your security deposit on file. These include but are not limited to remote controls, bathrobes, linens, pillows, mugs, room key, books, etc., Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.

Payment Policy

Our rates are all inclusive, based on double occupancy. There are additional taxes for the state of Indiana (sales and inn keeper), no fees or hidden surcharges.

Direct reservations are confirmed by payment of your 1st night in the case of a one or two-night stay OR 50% of your total stay for three or more nights. This may appear as two separate charges on your statement in the case of three or more days. All other channels (e.g. booking.com, etc.) require full payment in advance.

A valid id must be presented at time of check in along with the credit card used to reserve online.

Cancellation Policy

As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly.

Therefore, all cancellations are subject to a minimum $25 per booked room / per night cancellation fee and are treated as follows:

In advance of 14 full days prior to arrival date - Refund of deposit, less the $25 cancellation fee.

This reservation falls within the Biddle Point Inn Special Event dates. We require a credit card on file and will validate that card with a small $1.00, USD, charge upon booking. The remainder of the room will be charged in full, this reservation is not eligible for a full refund inside 30 days to check-in date. Should you cancel the reservation in advance of 30 days, you will receive a cancellation fee of $25/ per night. Please visit our website to see a comprehensive list of special event dates. This list is subject to change without notice.

Please be sure to acquire trip insurance in the event of unexpected illness, death or weather related emergencies as we are not able to make an exception to this policy.
