Terms & Conditions
Check in is from 2:00pm to 10:00pm; check-in outside of these hours must be arranged by contacting manager. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your arrival time.
Smoking is not allowed. Evidence of smoking in the room will result in additional charge of $200.00 to your credit card on file.
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm, no alcoholic drinks allowed after 10:00pm.
Payment Policy
All payments are to be made at the property during your stay, unless otherwise stated in the policies.
Please note that your credit card may be pre-authorised prior to your arrival.
We accept Mastercard and Visa as well as Debit cards.
Cancellation Policy:
Daily Rate Stay: If cancelled or modified 2 days before arrival, no fee is charged. If modified later, 2 nights forward stay is charged.
Daily Rate Stay 5 days or over: If cancelled or modified 3 days before arrival, no fee is charged. If modified later, 3 nights forward stay is charged.
Daily Rate Stay 7 days or over: If cancelled or modified 7 days before arrival, no fee is charged. If modified later, 4 nights forward stay is charged.
Weekly Rate Stay: If cancelled or modified 7 days before arrival. If modified later, 7 nights stay is charged.
Monthly Rate Stay: If cancelled or modified 1 month before arrival, no fee is charged. If modified later, 1 months stay is charged. 50% deposit required at time of reservation. Sheets and towels provided weekly.
Large/Group Reservations: Multi room, of one week or longer or any reservation over 4 rooms. If cancelled or modified up to 2 weeks before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If modified later, the first week will be charged. Also, any amount over a week will be charged 30%.
Rates is negotiated for the full term, no rebate for early departure.
Group bookings require non-refundable deposit, and must be fully paid 30 days before arrival.
High season is May - September
Low season is October - April
