The Guests accept to be charged for property damages that occur due to their actions or that of any visitor or other guest relating to this stay. Hotel registered guests will be held responsible for actions committed by their visitors, registered or not.
All our rooms are NOT SMOKING rooms.
NO PETS are allowed at the property
$200.00 deposit is held in case of damages and smoking in rooms. The deposit will be void on the check out date.
Number of people per each room various upon size and qualification of each room, with 4 being maximum*
Any extra guests will be charged $20.00 for each additional guest per night.
Check-in time is at 3:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
$30.00. Extra for early check-in (before 3 pm, upon availability)
$30.00 Extra for late check-out (after 11:00 am - till 3:00 pm upon availability)
Pool hours 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. No guard on the premises. You swim at your own risk.
No visitors in the pool area at any time are allowed.
No visitors in the hotel after 8:00 pm.
No public restrooms.
We reserve the right to deny accommodations to any person(s).
No refunds without a valid reason.
The cancellation policy is 72 hours.
The guests will be charged the first night stay if they cancel within the 72 hours window time before arrival.
Nonrefundable bookings are charged immediately and are nonrefundable under any condition.
Guests have to show their identity and credit card used for the booking upon check-in, otherwise, their stay won't be granted (This condition doesn't apply for prepaid bookings through a third party operator), however, a credit card or debit card is always required for holding the security deposit.

Payment Policy
In order to confirm the bookings, the hotel charge the first night stay as a deposit, and the balance of the entire amount at check in time.
The deposit is refundable if guests cancel 72 hours before the check in date, and if they opted for the 72 hours cancelation policy when booking, otherwise the deposit remains as a cancelation fee.
$200 incidentals deposit at check in time.
