Terms & Conditions

All Courtyard Apartments are pet friendly, the 5 Star Gate Lodge is NOT.

There is a £15 per pet cleaning charge for short breaks and £25 per pet for week long breaks.

All breeds and sizes of pets must be submitted and approved in advance, we do NOT accept dogs under 1 year old. Certain exclusions apply.

To avoid potential noise disturbances, pets must NOT be left unaccompanied in the Courtyard Apartments.

You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet whilst on the Estate.

You are responsible for any property and/ or personal injuries resulting from your pet. You must also agree to hold harmless the property and its owners from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet.

The property reserves the right to make charges to your account for any damage.

All damages and breakages must be reported and paid for. Any missing items will be charged.

Staff of Blessingbourne Estate may visit the Apartments when required.

The number of persons stated on the reservation must not be exceeded without the prior permission of Blessingbourne Estate. Failure to comply may viod your booking.

Payment Policy

A 25% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance to be debited from the same card 2 weeks in advance of arrival.

In cases where the reservation is made within 2 weeks of the arrival date, full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

Failure to make final payment may result in cancellation of booking by the Estate.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation should be made direct with the property at least 14 days in advance of arrival to avoid any further charges.

No additional charges will be incurred if 2 weeks notice is given, otherwise the remaining balance would be chargeable
