Check in from 14:00 to 22:00*.
Check out from 08:00 to 11:00.
* In case of late arrival you must check availability more than one day in advance on (+34) 664 083 376 - WhatsApp only. A supplement of 5€/hour will be charged after 22:00.
It is possible to check out after the usual time. Check conditions at reception.

Minimum age for check-in: 18 years old.
The client is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the unit during their stay.
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
Please avoid noise after 23h. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am.
Breakfast timetable: from 8:30 am to 10:30 am.
Dinner timetable: from 19:30 to 21:00.

Pets: Pets are allowed in the camping pitches.
Price per pet/stay: 10€.
A responsible declaration must be signed at Check In.
Pets are not allowed in the pool area and inside the restaurant.
Pets must be under control or leashed and always accompanied by those responsible for them, who will take care of their needs and will be responsible for them at all times.

Electricity: We are working with an environmentally friendly solar system and ask for your cooperation:
- There is 24h electricity in the Eco-Domes, Large Cabins, Mini Cabins, XXL Motorhome and Chalet House.
- Pitches: 230V electricity is restricted 24 hours a day, however, the pitches offer USB sockets. Charging of van batteries and the use of appliances that consume excessive electricity (fridges, electric irons, hair dryers, etc.) is not permitted.
- Mobile phones and electronic devices may be charged at the USB sockets on the pitches, inside the restaurant and on the restaurant terrace.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Accommodation:
- Domos: bed linen, bath towels, extra blankets, shower gel and cleaning products are provided.
- XXL motorhome: bed linen, bath towels, shower gel and cleaning products are provided.
- Cabins: bed linen, bath towels, shower gel and cleaning products available.
- Mini Cabins: bed linen available. You can rent bath towels.
- Chalet House: bed linen and bath towels available.

Condizioni di cancellazione

For bookings through our website www.BlueOceanCamp.com : The client can cancel or modify his booking free of charge more than 3 days before the date of arrival. The client will have to pay the price of the first night if he cancels his reservation after the indicated deadlines or in case of no-show.
Direct bookings that are not processed through the website must be confirmed by payment in advance via bank transfer or Bizum. In any case the payment of the first night will be non-refundable.
Bookings made through other channels are subject to these conditions and in addition to those of the external channel (booking.com, Airbnb, Pitchup or others).
When the client does not show up on the day of arrival, or does not inform in advance about late arrival, the reservation will be cancelled and the corresponding penalty will be applied without exceptions. This penalty cannot be exchanged for another stay or service under any circumstances.
In case of unforeseen departure the establishment reserves the right to charge the full amount of the original booking as a penalty.
Blue Ocean Camp accepts no responsibility for circumstances beyond the control of the client (organisation, information, personal situations or any other circumstances that cannot be justified by means of an official report).
By making a reservation, the customer accepts all applicable conditions and declares that he/she is responsible for informing him/herself about the conditions, policies and information relating to his/her reservation and the establishment.
