Boulder Mountain Lodge

Boulder Mountain Lodge is an oasis of calm, comfort, and luxury in the middle of Utah’s scenic red rock canyon country and mountain forests. It is a perfect location for a family vacation, meeting, reunion, or romantic getaway.

The lodge is the ideal home base for exploring Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, Burr Trail, Dixie National Forest, Capitol Reef National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Anasazi State Park, and the many other national and state parks in the area.

Terms & Conditions

In the rare event that OVERBOOKING occurs, (due to internet problems beyond our control) reservations made by phone will have priority. We will notify you of any conflict within 24 hours.
Boulder Mountain Lodge reserves the right to change your reservation to another room of the same type and rate if necessary. Boulder Mountain Lodge also reserves the right to refuse service to any guest or invitee of a guest.
PETS are allowed in designated ground floor rooms only for an additional fee. The fee will be added at check in. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU PLAN ON BRINGING YOUR PET. There is a charge of $150 for undeclared pets.
GROUPS: Any set of five or more reservations will be considered a group reservation and our group contract will apply. Group reservations may not be made online. Please call 435-335-7460 for group reservations.
All of our rooms are NON-SMOKING. Should smoking be detected guests will be charged a minimum cleaning fee of $200.
DINING: Our on-site restaurant, Hell's Backbone Grill, is open seasonally for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dinner reservations are highly recommended. Call 435-335-7464.

Payment Policy

Reservations will be held with a valid credit card number and expiration date.
Your card will be authorized upon your arrival and will not be charged until your departure.
If your reservation is cancelled, fees will be charged to the card on file (see cancellation policy for details).

Cancellation Policy

Due to our intimate size and remote location, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.
All cancelled reservations will be charged a $25 booking fee. For reservations cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date, you will also be charged 25% of the rate of one night for each room reserved, unless the reservation is cancelled within the last 5 days before your arrival. For reservations cancelled after 3:00 pm (Mtn Time) within 5 days of your arrival, you will be charged for a one night stay for each room reserved. After you check in, if you choose to leave before your reserved departure date, you will be charged for the nights not used for each room reserved. Properly cancelled reservations will be issued a cancellation number. Please retain this number for your records.
