Boutique by The Museo
Welcome to the beautiful Boutique byTheMuseo, a luxury boutique Hotel located in Mérida, Yucatán, México.
It has a total of 15 rooms, meant for 1, 2 or 3 bedroom suites. Each suite comes equipped with a living room/dinette, private bathroom(s), a queen bed with luxury linens, laptop safe, air-conditioning, fridge, flat-screen TV and complementary WiFi. Single rooms include a queen bed with Peacock Alley luxury linens, air-conditioning and complementary WiFi. Daily housekeeping, room service and turn down service. Daily continental breakfast served in the dining room or on the terrace is included in the rate.
Our Spa experiences are unique and we encourage you to reserve your treatments atleast 2 days in advance.
We offer interactive Yucatecan Cooking Classes for a minimum of 4 persons maximum 6. This is led by Chef Esteban and starts with a trip to our local mercado in which Chef Esteban gives a tour of the mercado, culinary instruction followed by an afternoon lunch.
Boutique by the Museo is a perfect venue for a private and intimate Destination Wedding, Executive Retreat or a Family Reunion. It is a place to relax and unwind.
Our 24 hour reception/concierge is available to help you with your plans whether it be a weekend of golf, day excursions or just relaxation. Well behaved children are welcome! Minimum age for guest to register is 21 yrs. Please note No Smoking is permitted on the property. Thank you.

The Penthouse Suite has a private terrace with a private outdoor sunken lounge overlooking the Palacio Canton. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is equipped with a full size refrigerator, living room, dining room. Its large spaces give privacy, however, it also receives the noises from the city because of its height and position.

All rates in US Dollars plus 16 % TAX and 5 % Lodging tax
Dear Guests, please be advised that we will charge 1 night plus tax to guarantee your reservation with us. This payment of one night is non-refundable. The remaining balance to be paid will be done at check in. Cancellations within two weeks (14 days) or less prior to arrival date, no-shows and early departures will be penalized with 100% of the total stay. We thank you for your preference and look forward to your stay.
Continental breakfast is served from 8:00am-9:30am.
We want our guests to enjoy the experience at Boutique by the Museo. Guests will be charged if they intentionally or through gross negligence damage hotel property.
This is a smoke-free hotel and there is a cleaning and damage penalty of $100 per room.
Management has the discretion to accelerate the check-out time or days of guests who do not respect and follow the hotel policies. We do not permit private parties in the suites. The suites are for guest use only.
Private parking is available at an additional charge. Street parking in front of the hotel is available and safe .
Maximum of 2 persons per room. Extra person charges USD$50 per person daily.
We welcome well-behaved children. We want all our guests to respect each other, their privacy and their personal space. Please do not leave your children unattended. We offer baby sitting services if you wish to leave the children in the hotel. For babysitting services, please reserve this ahead of time as we have a limited pool of babysitters.
November through January and Easter are considered high season and payments will be non-refundable

All cancellations or modifications, must be made in the hotel booking engine and will be subject to payment and the cancellation policy of the package, promotional rate and season. Payment is required at the time of reservation - if cancellations are made 30 days prior to check-in, the first night is non-refundable. Please note, all December and January reservations are non- refundable and non-transferable.
NON-SMOKING POLICY:
I understand that this hotel is a non-smoking property for the pleasure of our nonsmoking guests. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises, including the Terrace, garden or any rooms. If I, or one of my guests smoke on the premises I will be charged an automatic penalty of USD $100 per day. I will be asked to leave if I violate this policy more than once without any refund.
