Bristol Park Historic Cabins expects all guest and their persons to respect:
* Private dwellings and spaces that are not part of their rental by not entering them unless they are accompanied or have permission by a person living at Bristol Park.
* Animals on the property and treat them with kindness
* The mountain side and river by not littering, cutting down, or tampering with any tree or plants.
* The Bristol Park garden and enter only when permitted.
* Any other guests that are staying at Bristol Park by being verbally and spatially aware.

Office Hours
Office hours are from 8:00am-8:00pm, and may vary by staff availability.

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. If earlier check-in/check-out times are desired, please request so at the time of the booking.

Parking
Parking permits space for one vehicle per rental unit. If more parking space is needed, please request so at the time of booking.

Fees
A $10.00 pet fee will be charged to the credit card on file, as communicated upon notification of pet. This fee increases to $20.00 if guest fails to notify of pet.
An extra person fee of $15.00 will be charged to the credit card on file for any extra persons over the age of 14 exceeding the standard number of people for that unit.
A fine of $50.00 will be charged to the credit card on file if a guest, a member of the guests party, or a guests pet injures or kills any of the animals at Bristol Cabins.
A fee of $50.00-$200.00 will be charged to the credit card on file if guests smoke inside any of the rental units, depending on damage.
If guests damage any part of the tent cabin or cabin hardware or equipment, they will be held responsible to pay for the cost of replacement or repair.
Bristol Cabins will attempt to communicate and discuss any fees or charges with guests upon determination. In case of damage, cancellation, or theft, Bristol Cabins reserves the right to charge guests credit card on file without consultation.

Refunds and Quality Assurance
Bristol Cabins works to ensure a quality stay, and will happily discuss any concerns or complaints if registered directly with staff.
Bristol Cabins does not guarantee any refund amount if a guest is unsatisfied with their accommodation.

Fires
No fires are allowed, for any reason, in any of the rental units or any other buildings on the Bristol Park property.
Outdoor campfires may not be permitted if conditions are dry, windy or for any reason not suited for an outside fire.
Guests are responsible for obtaining firewood that you will desire during your stay here.
Heaters are available for the cabin rental units at $6.00/night, but are available on a first-come basis. A source of heat in your rental space is not guaranteed.

Camping
Guests are expected to bring sleeping gear for the tent cabins and camping spaces.
Rental gear is available, but is on a first-come basis and is not guaranteed.

Activity and Liability
Bristol cabins takes no responsibility for swimming on the river below our property. swim at your own risk.
Bristol cabins takes no responsibility for injury hiking, climbing, swinging, swimming, walking, or driving.
BE ACTIVE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Farm and Community Expectations
Bristol Park Historic Cabins is a farm-like setting. We expect our guests to know this and be comfortable with this.
Bristol Cabins has a shared bathroom facility. We expect our guests to know this, and be comfortable with this.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Goods
Bristol Cabins is for no reason responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen, or tampered with objects or things that you or any person you are with brings onto the Bristol Park property.
Bristol Cabins is not responsible for any accidents to your person(s) children, electronics, vehicle, bikes or any other object or person that you may have brought onto the property.

Politiche di pagamento

payments will be made at the time of booking if booked directly through the Bristol Cabins website.
Payments will be made within a week prior to check-in dates if booked through an online booking agency.

A credit card is need on file to make a booking.

Politiche di cancellazione

In order for a guest to receive a refund for their initial down-payment, guests must let Bristol Cabins know within the appropriate timeframe as listed:
* 1 unit, weekday: +24 hour notice
* 1 unit, weekend: 1 week notice
* 2+ units, weekday: +72 hour notice
* 2+ units weekend: 1 week notice

For cancellations outside of this time frame, there will be a cancellation fee deducted from the down-payment prior to refund, as follows:
* $20.00 for bookings of less than 2 units.
* $50.00 for bookings of 3 or more rental units.
