Check-in
We welcome guests from 3pm to check in.

Check-out
We want you to enjoy every second of your stay with us, that’s why check-out is 11am. For check-outs earlier than 8.30am or later than 11am, please inform reception when you arrive. We charge £20 per hour for late check outs.

We would love the opportunity to have you dine with us in our award winning Brocco Kitchen. Whether you want to start your day right with a delicious breakfast, or looking to indulge in our A La Carte menu, booking is highly recommended and can be done through our website or you can get in touch with us via email.

We serve breakfast from 7:30am-12:00pm Monday - Saturday and from 9:00am-12:00pm on Sunday.
Our A La Carte menu is available from 12:00pm-9:00pm Monday - Saturday and we have a fantastic Sunday Lunch served from 12:00pm-5:00pm on Sunday.

Food and drinks served to the rooms
This will incur a 15% service charge for all food and drink items taken up to the room.

After hours
Make the most of our cosy lounge and dining room after hours, and help yourself to a nightcap from our guest honesty bar. Just write down what you have and we’ll add your drinks to your bill in the morning.

Children
Children are welcome to stay at Brocco and Nightjar’s Nest (which has a small double sofa bed) is best suited to accommodating a child or infant in a cot. Under threes stay free of charge, and we charge £35 per night for children aged 3 upwards.

Parking
Each hotel room comes with one complimentary parking space. This will be either in our on-site car park, or our overflow car park at St Augustine's Church, 150m away on Brocco Bank itself.

Smoking
We are a no-smoking hotel. If you smoke in a bedroom, you will be liable for a £200 cleaning charge.

Room key charges
Any room keys taken from the hotel and not returned are liable to a £50 replacement fee.

Payment Policy

We take credit card details at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment for your room is required on check-in, and any extras are settled at the end of your stay. For room booking of four nights or over, we require a £50 non-refundable deposit per night. For a single booking of four rooms and over, we require a £50 non -refundable deposit per room per night.

For bookings between 24 and 26 December and December 31, we require full non-refundable payment upfront by 1 December or the date you book, whichever is later.

Cancellation Policy

When you make a booking with us, we want to welcome you to our hotel and for you to love it as much as we do. We do, however, understand that sometimes life’s not like that and that plans change at the last minute.

As we are a small hotel, if you cancel less than 72 hours in advance, you’ll be charged for the first night of your stay and 50% of any subsequent nights, unless we can re-let the room. If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice the whole stay will be charged for.
