By law, the owner is required to communicate guest data to the public security authority. To this end, please provide the owner (by e-mail or other means) before arrival, with the data of the occupants: name and surname, date-place of birth, address, telephone number, type of identification document, number of document, authority, date of issue.
• In case of arrival after 19 or before 16, the customer must inform of the expected time

• The property consists of several units
• A car is required, rental is strongly recommended.
• In order to avoid unnecessary waiting at the holiday home, please inform the manager of your expected arrival time in good time
• Waste must be separated (separate collection)
• Upon departure please empty all rubbish at the designated location
• Pets allowed Max. 2; €50/animal/stay (to be paid locally)
• € 1.50 / person / night (Indication) (to be paid locally)
•In the reservation is inlcuded a weekly supply of: one bed linen for each bed, kit bathroom towels for each person (4 pieces for person, 3 towels for the bathroom, 1 towel for the swimming pool), kit kitchen linen.

Payment Policy

Payment must be made in 100% by the check out date
Payments are accepted in cash and with Visa and Mastercard

The cancellation policy depends on the date:
- from 7 days before arrival 100% of the amount will be charged
-in the summer period (with check in from 1 June to 15 September) from 30 days before check in 100% of the amount will be charged
