You will receive an automated confirmation sent to your email upon clicking "Book Now". If you do not receive this email please check your spam box. This email has important information about your stay, including AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS. Feel free to respond to your confirmation email with any questions you have!
Check in is after 3PM and check out is by 11AM. We are happy to accommodate an early check-in and late a check-out when possible. Please let us know your expected check-in time!
Payment Policy
DEPOSIT POLICY: Upon booking, a 50% DEPOSIT will be processed on the credit card provided. Please expect a charge from: "BUNGALOWS HOTEL" or similar on your credit card statement.
PAYING YOUR BALANCE: Your balance can be paid upon arrival with VISA, MASTERCARD or CASH (US Dollars or Mexican Pesos, at the bank exchange rate of the day). Credit card payments at the hotel will be processed in Pesos. Due to possible foreign transaction fees charged by your credit card company, and minor daily fluctuations in the exchange rate, your final balance charge on your credit card statement can vary from a few cents to a few dollars in either direction. To guarantee paying your exact balance you can pay with PayPal beforehand, with cash upon arrival, or email us to request that we charge your deposit in US dollars before your arrival.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We are a small, family-run inn with just 16 rooms. Please cancel as soon as you know your plans have changed so that we may have a chance to fill your room.
For reservations cancelled at least 4 weeks before your stay, we will refund your deposit in full.
For reservations cancelled within 4 weeks of your stay, your deposit becomes fully creditable toward a future stay. This cancellation policy is only valid for reservations made directly through our website.
PLEASE NOTE: Multiple room bookings (3+ rooms), reservations of more than 14 nights, and event group bookings must be cancelled at least 12 weeks before check-in date for a refund of deposit. The balance will be charged 12 weeks before check-in date. Please ask for clarification if needed.
