The Inn at Burnap's
This brick Victorian home built in 1876, has been transformed into a majestic Inn in the heart of apple and wine country.
Located on 120 acres of pristine orchards and vineyards and overlooking Lake Ontario, the home has been faithfully restored, yet expertly modernized, and is now ready to host overnight guests and custom events. We do require a minimum of a 2 night stay. If you are looking for a 1 night stay, please call and we will do our best to accommodate.

Payments: A one night room deposit is required to secure reservation. Cash, personal check, and all major credit cards are accepted. A 3% fee will be added for the use of credit cards.
Check In: 3:00pm - 6:00pm
Check Out: by 11:00am day of departure
Restrictions: Please, no pets or smoking in the guest rooms or house
Cancellation policy: Please review our cancellation policy when confirming your reservation.
2 night minimum is required. If reserving for 1 night a $50 cleaning fee will be added. Please call 315-566-1024 to reserve.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelling outside of 14 days a full refund will be issued minus a 10% administrative fee. If cancelling within 14 days of arrival full payment will be rendered for the reservation.
