Terms & Conditions
Check in is at 3 pm, check out is at noon. You are always free to arrive earlier and enjoy the beach in our lounge chairs or having a meal at the restaurant, we will keep your lugage safe and provide you with beach towels. If your room is ready before 3, you are welcome to occupy it earlier.
Late check out is not possible since the shift of our maids ends at 3 pm.
The reception is available from 6 am to 7 pm. In case you have an earlier or late arrival, please let us know in order to leave the instructions with the hotel guard, who is available from 6 pm to 6 am for any attention you may need.
Changes can be made to the original reservation dates, as long as the same number of nights is maintained. In case of reducing the quantity of them, any change can be made with a prior notice of 30 days to avoid charging the nights that were originally reserved.
We have three parking spaces, in case there is no space upon arrival, we will pay for your space in the nearest parking lot.
We have Starlink internet, however it is difficult for the signal to reach the rooms furthest away from the antenna.
The administration of the MaryCielo restaurant that is in our facilities is different from that of the hotel. They only take cash as most of the restaurants of the area, so we advice you come prepared with enough cash.

Payment Policy
50% payable online during your reservation process.
50% paid on your arrival with cash.
Cancellation Policy
To guarantee the reservation a minimum of 50% of the total amount is required, this reservation fee is non-refundable and the other 50% must be paid upon arrival. Once the amount of 50% of the room has been paid, NO REFUND WILL BE MADE under any circumstances, regardless of whether or not it was used or the reasons for canceling the stay at the hotel.
