Terms & Conditions
Occupancy and use of premises shall not disturb or offend surrounding residents. Candlewood Cabins LLC reserves the right to terminate this agreement and require Guest to vacate premises immediately without refund if occupancy is misrepresented or disturbance is reported. Guest warrants he/she is 25 years of age or older, and Candlewood Cabins LLC reserves the right to verify age at any time. Candlewood Cabins reserves the right to refuse occupancy without proper identification of Guest under the specified age.
Payment Policy
Reservations may be held with a credit card and a non-refundable $50.00 deposit which is applied to the balance due at check-in. Debit cards are not accepted for deposits. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. The $50.00 reservation deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, Candlewood Cabins LLC will make a full effort to re-rent the cabin. If the cabin cannot be re-rented, Guest will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. Early departure falls within our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for early departure. We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay. Should you fail to cancel your reservation and not arrive at Candlewood Cabins LLC, you are responsible for the entire reserved stay.
